A quick, easy and eco-friendly toothpaste to care for your teeth.
Ingredients (for 50 ml)
- 3 teaspoons of green clay
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of glycerine (to be adjusted according to the desired consistency)
- 3 drops of essential oil (your choice: tea tree, lemon or peppermint)
Material
- a stainless steel bowl
- a mini whisk
- 50 ml jar
Preparation
- Clean and disinfect equipment, utensils, work surfaces and hands.
- Pour the ingredients into the stainless steel bowl.
- Mix well until you obtain a paste with the desired texture.
- Pour the mixture into your jar and it's ready!
