Footbaths may seem a little ‘vintage’, but they're a real moment of well-being that work on the whole body and promote good immunity in winter. As soon as your nose starts to run, or you feel the chills, think footbath.
For a foot bath, mix together: hot water, a handful of Dead Sea salt, a little plant oil and essential oils. We like to combine essential oils with forest scents (balsam fir, Scots pine) with active essential oils to boost immunity (ravintsara, niaouli, tea tree, eucalyptus radiata...). For an anti-stress effect, add a few drops of a soothing essential oil (lavender, mandarin, sweet orange).
